Katie’s Cupboard
Every Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon Katie’s Cupboard @ Tabor gives out groceries to anyone who is experiencing food insecurity.
The door for the pantry is located at the back of the church at 4860 N Howard Street.
For the protection of those at high risk for COVID, we require participants to wear a mask. (If you don’t have a mask, we will try to locate one for you. )
Most of the food we give out is delivered to us by SHARE, a local food bank that distributes food that comes from the USDA and is subject to income guidelines. However, we will provide for food from nongovernmental sources for anyone who requests it. We do not require an ID or address.
We gratefully accept donations of non-perishable food items. For further information about this program or to volunteer, please contact the church office at 215-455-1706.
